Sally Hansen Instant Cuticle Remover

I am strictly an at home mani/pedi person. I will go to a salon or spa on occasion but doing that every week or two is not a priority for me. That is supposed to be relaxing but trying to find the time to squeeze in an appointment will only make me more stressed.

I have one problem with at home pedicures though, cuticles. I don’t have an issue with my fingernails, just my toes. I have small toenails as it is and without maintenance my cuticle would easily grow over the entire nail. Yummy I know. Obviously I want to keep my cuticles in check, especially because if I miss a piece my polish will flake off in an instant.

I read about the Sally Hansen Instant Cuticle Remover over on Viviannadoesmakeup.  It seemed to work well and was really simple so I made a note to pick some up the next time I was at Target. Friends, it did not disappoint. I just dabbed a tiny amount onto each toenail and almost instantly it softened up my cuticles. It was like I had just soaked my feet in a bath or shower for 30 minutes. I don’t know about you but when I find the time to do my nails it is almost never right after a shower. The packaging says to make sure not to keep it one over a minute, I can’t say I adhered to that but none of my toes fell off.

This product is a great fix and it’s cheap too! Definitely a must have budget buy.
